Main Responsibilities
- Active sales of construction products manufactured and/or distributed by the company to
contractors, investors, and resellers; - Mapping the commercial network, identifying new partners, resellers, and projects,
establishing sales relations; maintaining contact with designers; - Monitoring ongoing and planned construction projects, preparing offers, concluding deals;
- Preparing and signing contracts with partners;
- Conducting business negotiations with technical and financial decision-makers;
- Maintaining continuous contact with project managers, contractors, and technical inspectors;
- Achieving sales and revenue targets and regularly reporting these to management;
- Providing technical support to partners, transferring basic product knowledge;
- Monitoring market trends and competitor product pricing;
- Representing the company at trade fairs and partner events.
Job requirements:
- Secondary education with a specialization in construction or commerce;
At least 3 years of experience in building material sales; - Proficiency in MS Office at user level;
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High willingness to travel and a category B driving license;
- Strategic mindset;
- Business-level proficiency in German and English.
